Someone who could give you feedback on what you are doing right…and wrong…and help you create momentum toward your goals. What if you had a partner in creating your life the way YOU want it to look?

What you need is a coach.

I am available for remote coaching on a one-on-one basis. Programs are customizable for your needs and can encompass both exercise and nutrition. Through a combination of phone coaching and online coaching we will create and implement a plan. Together we will create a lifestyle that is doable and uniquely structured around your needs and goals — without all the expense and hassle of regular private training.

I have coached clients ranging in age from 3 to 70 and in fitness levels from absolute beginners to Olympic athletes. I can help you prepare for a sporting event, a wedding, or just get you feeling good and energetic again…like YOU again!

I am available as a freelance writer for hire. Aside from my own two websites, ModernAthena and NerdJockPrincess, I have have been a regular contributor to the CrossFit Journal and Momtastic.com. I have also been a guest poster for a variety of other sites and online magazines.
